. We buy old instruments, so if you're
cleaning out grandma's attic and don't know what that stringy thing is, bring it in.
In addition to several makes of guitars,
resonator guitars, banjos and
mandolins, we are authorized dealers for Oscar Schmidt
autoharps, Dusty Strings
hammered dulcimers, Deering
banjos, Weber mandolin
family instruments (mandolins, mandolas, octave mandolins), and many others. If we don't have it in stock, we may be able to get it, so
please ask.
We stock instruments for all levels of
ability, so if you're looking for a first guitar or other instrument,
please come in for some low-pressure advice.
If you're looking for an unusual instrument -- bones or a
hurdy-gurdy, perhaps -- give us a call.
If you have an instrument to sell, we may be interested in
either buying it from you, or we can sell it on consignment for you. Bring it in to
the store so we can take a look with you. We
can also help you with instrument repairs or adjustment (known as
"set-up" in the instrument biz).
